Who we are
Social Technical (“we”, “us”) is a consultancy based in London, UK. You can contact us about privacy at hello@social-technical.com.
What we collect
When you contact us through our enquiry form or by email, we collect the information you choose to give us. This usually includes your name, email address, organisation, sector and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together.
- To prepare proposals and deliver any work you commission.
- To keep a record of our correspondence.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We will never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than is needed for the purposes above, normally no more than two years after our last contact unless we are working together.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@social-technical.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
